Payments data

View payment allocations across invoices with support for invoice and balance view modes.

The payments data dashboard shows how payments, credits, and adjustments have been allocated to invoices. A view-mode toggle lets you switch between seeing amounts as positive invoice allocations or as signed balance movements.

Why payments data matters

  • Allocation detail: see exactly which invoices each payment, credit, or adjustment was applied to
  • Two perspectives: switch between invoice view (all amounts positive) and balance view (credits and adjustments shown as negative) depending on your analysis needs
  • Filterable by type and date: narrow results to specific transaction types or date ranges to isolate what you need
  • Export for reconciliation: download the full data set as Excel for offline reconciliation

What you'll see

A total allocated summary is displayed at the top of the page showing the sum of all allocation amounts in the current view.

Below the summary, a full-width data grid lists every allocation entry. The grid includes a toolbar with built-in search, column visibility, and density controls.
