Your profile

Your profile contains the personal information associated with your user account. These settings are visible to other team members and appear throughout the dashboard wherever your name is shown.

Why your profile matters

• Identity: your display name and email identify you across the dashboard, in team lists, and on activity logs
• Communication: your email address is used for notifications, password resets, and account recovery
• Recognition: your profile photo helps team members identify you at a glance

Display name

Your display name appears in the team members list, activity logs, and anywhere the system references your user. Update it from the General tab in account settings.

Email address

Your email address is used for login and notifications. Changing your email updates where all future communications are sent.

Profile photo

Upload a profile photo to personalize your account. The crop editor lets you adjust the visible area before saving. Supported formats include JPEG and PNG.

Current role

Your profile displays your current role (e.g., Admin, Viewer). This is a read-only field — only an admin can change your role from the team members page.
