Products on order
View open orders, back-order quantities, and top ordered products at a glance.
The products on order dashboard shows the current state of all open orders. It surfaces which products are most ordered, which are back-ordered, and lets you drill into individual orders to see line-level detail.
Why products on order matters
- Back-order visibility: quickly see which products have unfulfilled quantities so you can prioritize production or purchasing
- Order status at a glance: summary cards show total ordered, back-ordered, and fulfilled counts across all open orders
- Drill-down detail: expand any order row to see the exact SKUs, quantities, and fulfillment status per line item
What you'll see
Summary cards
Three metric cards displayed at the top of the page:

| Ordered | Total quantity ordered across all open orders |
| Back ordered | Total quantity still unfulfilled |
| Fulfilled | Total quantity already shipped |
Top products
A scrollable list of products sorted by quantity back-ordered. Each entry shows the SKU, description, quantity back-ordered, and fulfilled vs ordered counts with the unit of measure.
Open orders table
An expandable table listing every open order. Each row shows the order number, status (Issued or In Progress), customer name, customer number, ship-to location, item count, and total ordered.
Click the expand icon on any row to reveal the order details table with per-line-item columns: SKU, description, unit price, quantity back-ordered, quantity shipped, and total ordered.

Export
An Export button downloads the open orders data as an Excel file.
Role-based visibility
Sales reps cannot filter by sales rep. The filter is hidden for users with a sales rep role. The exported data format also differs for sales reps.
