Delivery analytics
Track on-time delivery rates, average delivery time, and time to first shipment with period-over-period comparison.
The delivery analytics dashboard measures how well your fulfillment operation meets delivery commitments. It tracks on-time delivery percentages, average delivery time, and time to first shipment, with optional period-over-period comparison to surface trends.
Why delivery analytics matters
- On-time performance: measure the percentage of orders completed within the promised delivery date against a 90% target
- Delivery speed: track average delivery time and spot whether it is improving or deteriorating
- First shipment responsiveness: see how quickly the first shipment leaves after an order is placed
- Period comparison: compare current performance against a prior period to identify trends
What you'll see
Performance overview
Four summary metrics displayed at the top of the page, each with a comparison indicator showing the change from the prior period:

| Avg delivery time | Average number of days from order to delivery |
| On-time first shipment % | Percentage of orders where the first shipment left on time |
| Avg time to first shipment | Average number of days from order to first shipment |
Delivery statistics
A detail card showing:
- Total orders in the period
- Orders with a promise date (count and percentage)
- Orders partially fulfilled within the promise date (count and percentage)
- Orders completed within the promise date (count and percentage)
On-time delivery percentage chart
A dual-axis line chart comparing on-time delivery rates between the current and comparison periods. A horizontal reference line marks the 90% target.
Average delivery time chart
A line chart showing average delivery time over the selected period, formatted in days, hours, and minutes.
Average time to first shipment chart
A line chart tracking how quickly the first shipment leaves after an order is placed.
Filters
| Field | What it does |

| Enable comparison | Toggles the comparison period on or off |
| Comparison date range | Sets the period to compare against (defaults to the prior year) |
| Customers | Limits data to selected customers |
| Customer groups | Limits data to selected customer groups |
| Product lines | Limits data to selected product lines |
| Sales reps | Limits data to selected sales reps |
| Target delivery time | Sets a target delivery window in days (0 to 365) and optionally overrides missing promised dates |
Role-based visibility
Sales reps see all delivery metrics but the Sales reps filter is hidden. Non-sales-rep users can filter delivery data by specific sales reps.
