Delivery analytics

Track on-time delivery rates, average delivery time, and time to first shipment with period-over-period comparison.


The delivery analytics dashboard measures how well your fulfillment operation meets delivery commitments. It tracks on-time delivery percentages, average delivery time, and time to first shipment, with optional period-over-period comparison to surface trends.

Why delivery analytics matters

  • On-time performance: measure the percentage of orders completed within the promised delivery date against a 90% target
  • Delivery speed: track average delivery time and spot whether it is improving or deteriorating
  • First shipment responsiveness: see how quickly the first shipment leaves after an order is placed
  • Period comparison: compare current performance against a prior period to identify trends

What you'll see

Performance overview

Four summary metrics displayed at the top of the page, each with a comparison indicator showing the change from the prior period:

Delivery statistics

A detail card showing:

  • Total orders in the period
  • Orders with a promise date (count and percentage)
  • Orders partially fulfilled within the promise date (count and percentage)
  • Orders completed within the promise date (count and percentage)

Role-based visibility

Sales reps see all delivery metrics but the Sales reps filter is hidden. Non-sales-rep users can filter delivery data by specific sales reps.
