Fulfillment in Augno follows a three-stage process that moves a sales order from the warehouse shelf to the customer's door. When you issue a sales order, Augno creates the warehouse work automatically and guides it through picking, packing, and shipping.
Picking
A pick is the warehouse instruction sheet that tells your team which products to pull from inventory and in what quantities. Augno creates a pick automatically when a sales order is issued. Over-picks and under-picks are both allowed, giving the warehouse flexibility to match real-world conditions.

Packing converts picked items into shipments. You can pack everything at once or pack partially across multiple shipments: each partial pack creates a separate shipment with its own shipping cases.
