Plans and billing

View your subscription, switch plans, and manage billing through Stripe.

Plans and billing lets admins view their current subscription, compare available plans, and manage payment methods. Access billing from the Plan & Billing tab in account settings. This tab is hidden for sandbox accounts.

Why billing matters

  • Plan limits: your plan determines seat count, sandbox limits, invoice limits, and batch limits
  • Subscription health: billing alerts surface issues like past-due payments or expiring trials before they disrupt access
  • Self-service: upgrade, downgrade, or manage payment methods without contacting support

Your current plan

The billing page shows your active plan and its limits:

LimitWhat it controls
SeatsMaximum number of active team members
InvoicesMaximum invoices per billing period
SandboxesMaximum active sandbox environments
BatchesMaximum production batches per billing period

Available plans

Augno offers several plan tiers:

  • Free: limited seats and features for getting started
  • Paid tiers: increased limits and access to advanced features like integrations and custom roles
  • Enterprise: custom limits, dedicated support, and tailored onboarding — contact sales to learn more

Switching plans

To upgrade or downgrade your plan:

  1. Navigate to the Plan & Billing tab
  2. Browse the available plans
  3. Select a new plan
  4. Review the proration preview showing any credit or charge adjustment
  5. Confirm the switch

Plan changes take effect immediately. If you're upgrading, new limits apply right away. If you're downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Billing portal

Click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • Update payment methods: add, remove, or change credit cards
  • View invoices: download past invoices and receipts
  • Manage subscription: view upcoming charges and billing history

Subscription status alerts

Augno displays alerts when your subscription needs attention:

StatusWhat it means

CanceledYour subscription has been canceled and access will end at period close
EndingYour subscription is set to end and will not auto-renew

Enterprise upgrades
