Business information defines your organization's identity within Augno. These details appear on the customer portal, outgoing communications, and across the dashboard. Only admins can edit business information.
Why business information matters
- Branding: your account logo and name represent your organization throughout the system and on customer-facing pages
- Customer communication: support email, phone, and website give your customers a way to reach you

Account identity
- Account name: your organization's display name, shown in the dashboard header and customer portal
- Account logo: a logo image displayed alongside your account name; supports JPEG and PNG with a crop editor
Contact details
Configure the contact information your customers see:
- Support email: the primary email address for customer inquiries
- Phone number: your organization's support or main phone line
- Website URL: a link to your company website
- Headquarters address: your organization's physical address
Social links
Add social media handles to connect your online presence:
- Twitter / X
These links appear on your customer portal and help customers find your business on social platforms.
Portal slug
The portal slug is a URL-safe identifier used in your customer portal URL. Choose a slug that's short, memorable, and matches your brand.
